A healthy digestive system is absolutely crucial for overall
health. From the growing rate of C-sections, to the widespread use
of proton pump inhibitors, NSAIDs and antibiotics, to the
persistent state of stress many people are living with, there can
be little wonder that the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, our
foundation, is under siege. This session will explore the powerful
role botanicals play in promoting GI health through the appropriate
use of bitters, demulcents, nervines, and much more.
